Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the BeNiche app ("BeNiche"). BeNiche is provided by Hülya Sarıgül, Selimpaşa Merkez Mah. 3396 Zahire Çıkmazı Sok. No:1U Dostlar Sitesi A Blok No.4 Selimpaşa/Silivri/İstanbul ("we"). By creating an account you accept these terms. The Turkish version is the binding one.

1. Who can use BeNiche

• You must be at least 15 years old. If you are under 18, read these terms together with your parent or guardian before using BeNiche. Legal rules on age verification will apply once they take effect.
• BeNiche can only be used in Şişli and Beşiktaş. Your device location is checked for this (see the Privacy Notice).
• Use your real name and your own e-mail address. One account per person.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your account; do not share your password.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → ☰ menu → Delete Account).

3. Your content

• The content you post (photos, videos, stories, comments, messages) is yours, and you are responsible for it.
• Only post content you have the right to share. Do not infringe others' copyright, personality rights or privacy.
• So that we can show your content on BeNiche, you give us a free, non-exclusive permission to store, process and show it to other users for providing the service. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

4. Zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for abuse or objectionable content on BeNiche. Content that breaks the Community Guidelines is removed; accounts that break them may be restricted, suspended or closed without warning.

• To report: the ••• menu on the content or profile → Report.
• To block someone: the ••• menu on the profile or chat → Block.
• We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use BeNiche for unlawful purposes, to harass, threaten or defraud others, to create fake accounts, to try to bypass the location check, to collect data with automated tools, or to try to break the security of the service.

6. Changes and termination

We may develop, change or end BeNiche. We announce important changes in the app.

7. Liability

BeNiche is provided "as is". Users are responsible for the content they post. Liabilities that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.

8. Governing law

Turkish law applies to these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Consumers' statutory rights remain unaffected.
